BBQ Chicken and bacon Sliders

The first time I tried this technique,
I fell in love with it!
It is so simple to do, but turns out so different than other techniques of making sliders.
  • 1- package Hawaiian rolls
  • shredded BBQ chicken
  • shredded cheese
  • bacon
  • roasted peppers
  • green inion
The first time I tried this technique, I fell in love with it!
It is so simple to do, but turns out so different than other techniques of making sliders.

Start with an entire 12 pack of
Hawaiian Sweet Rolls.
Remove them from the package and place them
on a cookie sheet, without separating them.
Then, using a bread knife,
cut the entire loaf in half horizontally.

Remove the top half and start assembling.

Add a layer of Mozzarella
and your favorite BBQ chicken style.
  • Rotisserie
  • Grilled
  • BBQ Pulled
This recipe is perfect for whatever leftover
BBQ chicken you might have in the fridge

Now add your favorite toppings.
My favorite is, roasted pablano
and smoked
bacon
Then another good layer of mozzarella
and sliced green onion

Place the top back on the rolls
and place in a preheated oven or BBQ at 325 deg,
until cheese is thoroughly melted
