A quick and flavorful chicken taco recipe that’s a staple in my house! Using chicken thighs keeps the meat tender and juicy.
Ingredients ✔ 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs ✔ 2 tbsp taco seasoning ✔ 1/2 cup chicken stock Fixings (Optional but Recommended!) 🧀 Shredded cheese 🍅 Fresh diced tomatoes 🌶️ Roasted chilies 🥑 Sliced avocado 🔥 Your favorite hot sauce 🌮 Corn or flour tortillas Instructions1. Sear the Chicken 🔥 Heat a cast iron skillet or grill over medium-high heat. 🔥 Coat the chicken with taco seasoning and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, just enough to develop color and texture. 🔥 Don't worry about cooking it through at this stage! 2.
