Asian Sticky Wing Sauce

The perfect marinade
​and glaze for
​grilled chicken wings, skewers or thighs.
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbl soy sauce
  • 1 tbl Asian chili sauce
  • 1/2cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbl oyster sauce
  • 2 tbl sesame oil
  • 4 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper  ​
​Combine all ingredients, use as a marinade or a baste for wings, thighs, skewers,
​or anything else you can think of that needs that sweet Asian kick!
