Grilled Broccolini

  If you like broccoli,
​you will love grilled broccolini

 All the flavor of broccoli
but with a little more crispness
​Much more eye pleasing
​and easier to grill than regular broccoli
  • 1- bunch broccolini
  • 2- tbs olive oil
  • 2- cloves garlic
  • 1- tbs butter
  • fresh lemon juice
  • salt & pepper

Add olive oil to large skillet and set for medium high. Add broccolini and saute for 10- minutes flipping once or twice to until starting to brown. then add butter, garlic, salt and pepper and cook another 10- minutes. Poke with a fork to test tenderness. If not tender enough then turn temp to low and cover for desired tenderness is achieved
