BBQ Corned Beef Brisket Rub

  This rub is very similar to my brisket rub.
The main difference is the lack of salt due to the amount of salt already in the meat.
​The coriander and mustard help draw the flavor closer to a pastrami like taste.
  • 2-Tbs Granulated Garlic
  • 2-Tbs Dark Brown Sugar
  • 2-Tbs Smoked Paprika
  • 2-Tbs Black Pepper
  • 1-Tbs Oregano
  • 1-Tbs Chili Powder
  • 1-Tbs Granulated Onion
  • 1-Tbs Ground Coriander
  • 1-Tbs Ground Mustard
  • 2-Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
