BBQ baby back ribs Peel off the membrane from the back of the ribs using a paper towel. Then give a nice even coat of my basic BBQ rub, or your favorite BBQ rub. Then place in the smoker or indirect grill at about 250 deg. for 2 - 3 hours until the meat just starts to pull away from the end of the bones.
At this point apply an even coat of Honey Orange Maple Glaze.
Smoke for an additional 20 minutes to caramelize the sauce. Let rest 10 minutes or so. Then slice and dig in!! |
