🌿 Ingredients:
✔ Baby back ribs (or loin ribs) 🍖 – The perfect cut for tender, juicy ribs.
✔ Your favorite BBQ rub 🧂 – (Try my Basic BBQ Rub for a foolproof flavor blend).

🔥 Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Ribs
✔ Remove the Membrane: Peel off the thin membrane from the back of the ribs using a paper towel for a better grip—this allows the seasoning to fully absorb.
✔ Season the Ribs: Apply a nice, even coat of BBQ rub to both sides, pressing it in to help it adhere.

2️⃣ Cook the Ribs
✔ Preheat Smoker or Grill: Set to 250°F (121°C) for low & slow cooking. I use my Weber Kettle Master touch, which works perfect for indirect cooking
✔ Smoke or Grill Indirectly: Place ribs in the smoker or on the grill over indirect heat.
✔ Cook for 2-3 hours – You’ll know they’re ready for glazing when the meat starts to pull away from the bones and is tender to the touch.

3️⃣ Glaze & Caramelize
✔ Apply the Glaze: After the initial cook time, brush an even coat of Honey Orange Maple Glaze 🍯 over the ribs.
✔ Smoke for an Additional 20 Minutes: This allows the glaze to caramelize, creating that sticky, flavorful finish.

4️⃣ Rest & Serve
✔ Rest for 10 Minutes: Let the ribs sit for about 10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute and the glaze to set.
✔ Slice & Serve: Cut between the bones and serve with extra glaze on the side for dipping.
